Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Sales and Service Agent to join our dynamic call centre team. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and expert guidance in both English and a second language (French or Spanish preferred). You will play a key role in resolving inquiries, supporting product sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience that reflects our company

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and a second language with professionalism and empathy.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, service concerns, and billing questions.

  • Process sales transactions and promote additional services or upgrades when appropriate.

  • Troubleshoot issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.

  • Accurately log interactions and customer feedback in our CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed individual performance targets including sales quotas, call handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

  • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and one of the following: French or Spanish (verbal and written).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, sales, or call centre environment (remote or in-office).

  • Experience in a bilingual customer-facing role is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.

Working Hours
  • Full-time position: 35–40 hours per week.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

  • Shifts will be scheduled based on time zone and business demand.
