What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assess Absence Management, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Waiver appeals to deliver fair and balanced decisions
  • Collaborate with Absence Management and Disability teams, providing feedback on trends and coaching Case Managers
  • Analyze medical and functional evidence to support decision-making in accordance with program requirements
  • Maintain relationships with teams and key stakeholders while driving business and service outcomes
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive and innovative atmosphere
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Fully bilingual (French/English) to communicate effectively with clients from various jurisdictions
  • A university degree in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and talent development
  • Deep knowledge of disability products, processes, and best practices
  • Background in disability management or healthcare-related fields
