A leading North American construction company is seeking a BES Continuous Improvement Jr Analyst in Edmonton. This hybrid role involves supporting performance management through data analysis and metrics reporting. The candidate should have 1-2 years of analytics experience, proficiency in Power BI and Excel, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. As the BES Continuous Improvement Jr Analyst, you will support the Supervisor of Performance Management (Metrics and Analytics) in tracking, analyzing and reporting the performance metrics that drive improvements actions at Ledcor's Business and Employee Services (BES) team. This role requires an analytical mindset and creative as it will consolidate and interpret the data of the metrics of all process in scope.
