Job Description: Bellstand Attendant

As a Bellstand Attendant, your responsibilities include greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, assisting with luggage, and providing information about property amenities, services, and local attractions. You will also arrange transportation, assist with vehicle and luggage handling, and ensure guests have a seamless experience.

Key duties include:

  1. Welcoming guests and visitors, opening doors, and assisting with entry and exit.
  2. Providing information on room features and hotel services.
  3. Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and storage areas.
  4. Assisting with vehicle loading/unloading and arranging transportation.
  5. Communicating parking procedures and directions to guests.

Additional responsibilities involve following company policies, maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring guest safety, and supporting a positive work environment. The role requires physical ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds unaided and 75 pounds with assistance, and standing or walking for extended periods.
