Job summary

A well-established supplier of building materials is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Kelowna to develop long-term relationships with contractors and industry stakeholders. The role requires strong B2B sales experience and the ability to present product information and support customers with solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, providing product training, and pursuing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive technical training and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably within construction or a related industry.
  • Technical aptitude to understand waterproofing and sealants and related products.
  • Strong customer focus with a consultative, solution-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and other industry partners across the Interior of BC.
  • Act as a technical liaison, providing product knowledge, on-site support, and solutions-based recommendations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop new accounts.
