A well-established supplier of building materials is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Kelowna to develop long-term relationships with contractors and industry stakeholders. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably within construction or a related industry.
• Technical aptitude to understand waterproofing and sealants and related products.
• Strong customer focus with a consultative, solution-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and other industry partners across the Interior of BC.
• Act as a technical liaison, providing product knowledge, on-site support, and solutions-based recommendations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop new accounts.
