Overview
Dermalogica is looking for a well-versed B2B Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations and support the growth of our professional division. As early adaptors to Shopify B2B, we have moved towards democratizing technology and creating a flexible, easy to use shopping experience for both our DTC and B2B customers under a single unified commerce umbrella. This is a supportive role within the department sharing insights, leveraging data and liaising with key counterparts across the organization.
Your impact
- Proficient in Shopify; exposure to Shopify B2B but not mandatory
- Drive the growth of professional account adoption on our B2B platform by accelerating usage and enhancing the user experience through optimized UI/UX design
- Manage the product catalogue including listing new products and new account setups
- Use the promotional framework to set up specific promotions for account groups using the necessary metaobjects
- Oversee key tasks including merchandising and innovation launches, inventory management and promotions
- Collaborate with the Professional Sales Director and marketing team to identify growth opportunities and boost promotional performance through cohort analysis and strategic on-site feature implementation
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including professional sales, marketing, finance and customer service for relevant projects
- Oversee the ongoing collaboration with Shopify’s product team and roadmap planning
- Attend relevant development calls to support completion of tasks and bugs
- Support growth of the platform by driving adoption, order frequency, and order volume among professional accounts
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience with Shopify Plus, Shopify B2B exposure is a strong asset
- Post secondary certificate, diploma or BA preferred
- ERP experience a bonus
- Previous merchandising, promotions and inventory management experience
- Resourceful and creative in troubleshooting sometimes complex issues
- Proficient with data platforms and excel
- Strong analytical and sales-focused mindset
- Entrepreneurial, organized, strong work ethic and self driven
- A collaborator, true team player ready and willing to support the organization when necessary
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with data & analytics platforms (e.g. PowerBI, RetentionX, Tableau)
- Associated Shopify apps or integrations
- Comfort with Project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com)
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred

Working conditions
- Hybrid work model: 60% in-office with core in office hours from 10am–4pm
- Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends based on business need and with notice
