Must-Have Qualifications :

• 10+ years of IT experience with a strong background in Data Warehousing and ETL processes
• Proven hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies, including ADF, Synapse, Databricks, and PySpark / Python
• Ability to interpret and work with design documents, source-to-target mappings (STTM), and technical specification documents
• Willingness and flexibility to work from client office locations, as required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support junior team members

Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

• Relevant cloud or data-related certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate)
• Domain experience in Banking – particularly in Risk & Regulatory, Commercial, Credit Cards, or Retail Banking
