  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection and availability.
  • Payroll Management: Gain experience managing commission, bonuses and salaries for employees.
  • Compliance & Lender Relations: Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.
  • Employee Recruitment & Management: Recruit, manage and lead your own team.
  • ESA Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
