Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure effective execution of the WOW plan.
• Manage confirmations and reservations for rental vehicles.
• Communicate updates with customers and insurance personnel.
• Reconcile each Repair Order prior to closing.
• Manage Store’s Accounts Receivable.

Skills
