Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling callbacks with investors and processing investments and expenses
  • Responding to HC Global clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing billing callbacks and maintaining the billing line
  • Analyzing clients’ needs and providing appropriate support while adhering to company security protocols
  • Navigating and retrieving the necessary information requested by clients
  • Providing administrative support to the Treasury Department
