We are seeking entry-level benefits specialists who will be responsible for supporting clients by ensuring accurate documentation of their permanent benefits, following up on inquiries, and assisting with smooth onboarding into their benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear explanations of permanent benefits to clients virtually via Zoom
  • Maintain records and documentation to company standards
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
  • Work with team members to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Education Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a strong focus on accurate documentation
  • Skilled in clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, in English
