Agropur is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join its team in St-Hubert.
The Assistant Warehouse Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to receiving, storing, packaging products, and assembling orders for the distribution center.

Salary range 005: $82,000 to $103,200 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills).
The Assistant Warehouse Manager will be responsible for:
Ensuring effective management of operational activities in two warehouses: CDL (fine cheeses and industrial cheeses) and monitoring SQCME performance indicators;
Managing daily operations to achieve the weekly plan based on order reception during supervisor replacements;
Ensuring compliance with the collective agreement;
Enforcing internal health and safety standards and programs;
Maintaining equipment and infrastructure required for operations;
Supporting compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety requirements;
Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities and supporting operational optimization projects.
College or university degree in operations management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field;
5 years of experience managing teams in a unionized environment;
Strong computer skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint);
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (English required to collaborate with colleagues in other Canadian provinces).
