As an Assistant Store Manager with Dollarama in Mississauga, ON, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations and act as Manager on Duty (MOD) in their absence. You will help ensure that company rules and procedures are clearly explained, understood, and consistently followed by all team members.
In this role, you will contribute to accurate inventory counts to support timely resupply of goods, ensure established merchandising practices are followed, and participate in recruitment and training activities for new employees. This position supports a fast-paced retail environment driven by store operational needs.
The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting store leadership by reinforcing operational standards and helping coordinate daily activities. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain store organisation, support team performance, and ensure consistent execution of company practices.
When acting as MOD, you will help guide the team, manage priorities, and maintain smooth store operations throughout the day.
