*Responsibilities?** Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to sales staff.* Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely replenishment and effective handling of products nearing expiration.* Implement store security protocols, including loss prevention measures.* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace policies in accordance with applicable Ontario regulations.* Prepare employee work schedules, manage time-off requests, and monitor attendance in compliance with Employment Standards Act (ESA) provisions.* Plan and execute seasonal and holiday promotions to drive store traffic.* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.* Provide specialized training to sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards?* Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.* Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.* Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.* Lead by example through professional conduct, teamwork, and performance excellence.* Perform additional managerial duties as assigned.*Requirements and skills** Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial role.* Proven leadership and team management skills.* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.* Demonstrated sales skills, customer service focus, and a welcoming, approachable attitude.* Experience in achieving sales and training objectives.* Interest in the beauty industry; familiarity with Japanese and Korean fashion/beauty products is an asset.* Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.* Proficiency in Mandarin and English.* Ability to work on the sales floor, in the stockroom, and safely lift up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearExperience:* Retail sales: 3 years (required)* Retail management: 1 year (required)Language:* Mandarin (required)Work Location: In person
