Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Superintendent in coordinating all on-site construction activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety standards and construction schedules.
• Support daily site operations, including quality control, materials management, and inspections.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, trades, consultants, and suppliers.
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of daily site reports, safety documentation, and project logs.
• Help enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organized job site.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Site Superintendent with a general contractor in Ontario.
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and OHSA regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
