Could you be the full-time Assistant Project Manager in Toronto, ON, we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management skills in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You’ll play a pivotal role in reducing the carbon footprint of Canada's busiest public transit system while supporting the completion of planned work within budget, safely, and on time. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, installation, test and commissioning), assist in managing resources, and ensure deliverables comply with company standards, policies, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) procedures, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating updates on planned project deliverables and performing document control activities, but also support interfaces and reporting with external stakeholders.

We’ll look to you for:

Providing support to the Project Management Team (PMT) with updates on planned project deliverables.

Ensuring deliverables comply with company standards, policies, and EHS procedures.

Assisting in managing people, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Communicating project requirements to staff and drafting reports.

Performing document control activities and managing internal project interfaces.

Reporting project status and compliance to the PMT.

Supporting PMT interfaces and reporting with external stakeholders.
