We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Production Manager for our Nightshift, scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, to join our dynamic team. Nightshift Hours

Sunday-Thursday 2200-0700

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in overseeing nightshift operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and output.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Assist in training and developing nightshift staff to improve performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks and respond promptly to any production issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment repairs and ensure minimal downtime.
• Gather and analyze production data to prepare reports that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
