Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of staff and guests
• Ensure that customers and team members receive a high level of service
• Support and assist in the hiring, training, scheduling and training of new team members
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages
• Support management in maintaining a clean and orderly restaurant
• Attend to the needs of customers and employees throughout the shift
• Work cooperatively with other management staff to support the overall goals of the restaurant
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company sensitive information

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
