Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to join our client's team in the Montréal area. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the President and Leadership Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing strategic administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the leadership team's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the President, internal teams, and clients.
  • Organize and support leadership meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting notes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (Google suite, etc.).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
