Our WW Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused Area Manager II to lead an hourly workforce, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
In this role, you’ll engage your team during shifts to meet our customer delivery promises and maintain operational excellence across First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile workflows. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment dedicated to customer obsession and continuous growth.
As an Area Manager II, you will support, mentor, and motivate your hourly team to achieve safety and quality targets while driving productivity. You’ll collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to develop plans that meet business objectives. You’ll manage the physical demands of the role—lifting up to 49 pounds, pushing, pulling, bending, and standing for up to 12 hours—while maintaining a safe work environment in varying noise and temperature conditions.

Pay Range: Based on experience, skills, and knowledge
Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of employee and performance management experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (FTE) experience; ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques; strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment.
