As part of our AI Solutions group, you will be involved in technical consulting delivery and R&D teams comprising cloud, data, and software experts. Your projects will include:

• Customer projects : Advanced cloud development tailored to client needs.
• Internal projects : Building industry-defining Softchoice IP and software to differentiate us in the market through innovative solutions.

These projects involve advanced public cloud deployment scenarios, AI, and software development, delivered using an Agile approach, including Greenfield development and Bluefield transformation into the cloud.

What you’ll do :

• Delivering Excellence : Develop, test, and manage cloud-native and third-party tooling and AI-on-cloud technologies, ensuring high-quality client experiences through code, templates, and scripts.
• Architecting Solutions : Design and architect technical solutions leveraging state-of-the-art cloud technologies, setting high standards for architecture and operational excellence.
• Leading by Collaboration : Work with developers, architects, QA, operations, SMEs, practice leads, and vendors to meet and exceed expectations and refine strategies.
• Evangelizing through Consulting : Use your expertise to tailor insights for clients, occasionally working onsite to explore needs and provide strategic visions.
• As a Team Member : Participate in customer implementations and contribute to R&D of Softchoice IP.
• Engagement with Sales and Pre-Sales Teams : Support opportunity prospecting and client engagement.

What you’ll bring to the table :

• Experience in AI development, concepts, and services, including deploying AI models and algorithms.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or similar languages, with proficiency in frameworks like Flask, langchain, llamaindex, FastAPI.
• Expertise in AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and experience with AI frameworks and deploying ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering for LLMs, CI/CD solutions, MLOps, IaC (Terraform), and project planning.

Experience :

• 10+ years in a technical role, with at least 5+ years in software development, recent focus on generative AI.
• Led small-to-medium projects as the primary lead.
• Bonus for consulting experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), and solution architecture certifications.
