Earn $25 Per Qualified Show + 3% of Cash Collected on Closed Deals + Base Payment of $500/Week When You Hit KPI

Our setters are the front line – you are the reason people get the help they've been avoiding for years. You create opportunity. You open the door. You change lives before the closer ever enters the room. If that doesn't excite you, this won't work.

Your Role

You will:

• Contact warm inbound leads
• Re-engage prospects who already raised their hand
• Build micro-connections using psychology, empathy, and curiosity (no slimy sales energy)
• Qualify prospects using a structured, proven framework
• Fill the closer's calendar with HIGH-quality opportunities
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Be the first touchpoint in a transformational process

This is NOT:

• Cold calling random numbers
• Reading robotic scripts
• Chasing uninterested people
• A "dial for dollars" sweatshop job

This is strategic, meaningful, psychology-driven conversation.

Compensation (Commission-Only)

You are paid for RESULTS — not hours.

You earn:

• $50 for every qualified appointment that SHOWS
• 5-6% of cash collected on all deals that close from your appointments
• Biweekly payout
• Unlimited earning potential (more hours = more cash)
• Work as little as 10 hours or as many hours as you want — your effort = your income. Top setters make $1,000++ per week

Daily Responsibilities

• Message & call warm prospects
• Confirm appointments (critical for high show rate)
• Re-engage older leads using psychology-driven scripts
• Log all communication in CRM
• Communicate daily with closers
• Participate in training & roleplays
• Maintain a positive, growth-oriented attitude

If you do the work, you’ll get paid. If you don’t, you won’t. Simple.
