We\'re expanding fast and are looking for a proactive Sales Rep to join our team.

This is not a passive, order-taking role. We need someone who thrives on qualifying, prospecting, and setting appointments with serious, motivated builders and remodelers. You\'ll be the first point of contact, ensuring only high-quality leads make it to our founder\'s calendar.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from webinars, campaigns, and referrals.
- Set appointments on your calendar for sales calls.
- Actively generate new opportunities (outreach, follow-ups, networking).
- Ideally, understand the building/remodeling space.
- Actively prospect new opportunities (cold outreach, LinkedIn, partnerships, networking).
- Book qualified sales appointments directly onto the founder\'s calendar.
- Use scripts, frameworks, and CRM tools to manage and track conversations.
- Follow up with leads consistently to move them through the pipeline.
- Maintain a clean pipeline of qualified prospects.
What We\'re Looking For
- Experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation (bonus if in construction, remodeling, or coaching industries).
- Strong communication and qualifying skills. You know how to spot time-wasters vs. serious buyers.
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in generating opportunities.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, Zoom, and online communication platforms.
- A closer\'s mindset—you know your job is to set up strong deals, not just book any call.

Compensation
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience plus additional commission
- Unlimited earning potential
- Hybrid work, mostly remote in the greater Toronto area
