About the team + role

The Business Systems team at Robinhood partners with Compliance and Legal stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions that streamline their operations and enhance efficiency. We build and maintain systems that power key processes, with a focus on scalability, automation, and user experience.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll design and deliver high-impact features and integrations that span multiple modules, including ITSM, ITAM, and HRSD. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

What you’ll do
  • Integration Architecture & Implementation: Lead the design and development of system integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services, MID servers, and custom integration solutions to connect ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems
  • ITSM & ITAM Module Expertise: Configure and customize IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management, while implementing comprehensive IT Asset Management solutions including discovery, asset lifecycle management, and software compliance tracking
  • HRSD Solution Development: Design and implement Human Resources Service Delivery solutions including employee onboarding/offboarding workflows, case management, knowledge management, and employee self-service portals with advanced form configurations and approval processes
  • System Architecture & Technical Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build technical specifications, and craft scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment to platform best practices, performance optimization, and maintainable code standards
  • Quality Assurance & Documentation: Build comprehensive unit tests, facilitate code reviews, craft detailed user documentation, and ensure accurate change management processes are maintained throughout the development lifecycle
What you bring
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across ITSM, ITAM, and HRSD
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
