Sony Imageworks Vancouver is seeking talented Animators to join our team! You will create animated characters and objects that meet project specifications. The role involves animating both primary and secondary characters using traditional methods and computer graphics systems, emphasizing emotional expression through body language and facial expressions. You will be responsible for meeting schedules, participating in reviews, and collaborating with production teams to solve problems and share information. The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to produce various shot types is essential.
Salary ranges are approximately $26.44 to $36.32 / hr for Associate and $32.02 to $43.99 / hr for Intermediate positions. Actual compensation depends on experience, education, and other factors. Candidates must provide a demo reel demonstrating relevant artistic and technical skills, including nuances specific to this role.
