Responsibilities

• Participate in functional and technical analysis of change requests and operational needs;
• Collaborate on prioritization and planning with the Product Owner and team members;
• Contribute to incident resolution and ongoing operational support;
• Write or improve functional and technical documentation;
• Design and execute functional test scenarios;
• Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with business requirements;
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective).

Qualifications

• Proficiency with GW Cloud products, including required certifications (GW Associate);
• Good knowledge of Policy Center, Claims Center, or Billing Center platforms;
• Ability to gather and analyze user needs to define functional specifications;
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand and align needs;
• Ability to interact effectively with users and technical teams;
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions;
• Ability to document clearly and accurately according to standards;
• Good knowledge of the property insurance domain.
