Your contribution!

The Analyst – Treasury will manage various day‑to‑day activities and provide the necessary support to the Treasury Department for data analysis and decision‑making. Please note this is a temporary 18 months contract position.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in various day‑to‑day activities and provide the necessary support to the treasury department for data analysis and decision‑making;
  • Prepare and analyze compliance reports for lenders (i.e., review transaction reports and financial statements, and prepare financial ratios);
  • Prepare and analyze various quarterly reports (average borrowing rate, cash flow, etc.);
  • Provide support during amendments to credit agreements or debt refinancing, when necessary;
  • Participate in updating banking financial models;
  • Manage financial instruments (i.e., loans, derivatives, etc.) used by the company;
  • Prepare project cash flow forecasts;
  • Collaborate with several departments (accounting, tax, legal affairs, asset management, etc.);
  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or other relevant experience.
  • University degree in administration, finance, or a relevant discipline.
  • Recognized designation (CPA, CFA) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of international tax laws and IFRS standards is an asset.
  • Experience in managing multiple currencies is an asset.
  • Experience working within a multi‑company organization and in a multinational environment is an asset.
  • Proven skills in financial modeling.
  • Excellent ability to concentrate, work under pressure and to tight deadlines, in a context of changing priorities.
  • Team spirit and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative and curiosity, possess strong analytical skills.
  • Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, an asset, Oracle, an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) required to ensure collaboration with various stakeholders outside Quebec on a recurring basis.

  • The position is based in the company's Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
  • This position is a P2 level.
