Job Description
As a Procurement Support Analyst, you will provide levels 1, 2 and 3 application support ensuring resolution to all RBC Global Procurement related inquiries are addressed with quality and efficiency, as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) and also if a resolution cannot be addressed immediately or within our Service Level Agreement (SLA), inquiries will be escalated as applicable to the appropriate product team.
