The compensation range for this position is between $81,500 and $107,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement plan matching, and employee discounts.

The Inbound Logistics team drives predictable, end-to-end logistics flows from global manufacturing locations to distribution and fulfillment centers through scalable operations, strong governance, and data-driven decision-making. The Inbound Logistics Optimization team partners cross-functionally to enable portfolio governance, process standardization, performance visibility, and financial stewardship while supporting execution of strategic initiatives. Together, the team ensures strategic inbound investments deliver measurable value and long-term operational resilience.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-107,000 annually the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
