  • Strategy & Advisory: Analyze risk and regulatory trends, leverage industry-leading practices, and help organizations optimize risk and compliance programs. Design and implement scalable processes and controls to protect value and enable growth.
  • Finance: Apply financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning, assess business cases, and deliver actionable insights for client challenges.
  • Tech & Data: Leverage advanced data analytics, digital tools, emerging AI capabilities, and cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business and technology challenges related to Risk, Regulatory & Forensics.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Are working towards completing a post-secondary degree or diploma graduating from October 2025 – August 2026 with outstanding academic credentials
  • Demonstrate aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis (e.g., financial analysis or modeling, market research and analysis, problem diagnosis & solution development)
  • Exhibit strong communication skills (written and verbal), including experience in research, data synthesis, report writing, and presentations
  • Possess excellent problem solving, project management, and interpersonal skills; able to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Have strong planning and organizational skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and strategic analytics skills
  • Can synthesize complex information into actionable insights
  • Are strong collaborators and communicators, comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders

  • Have a solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and financial analysis
  • Demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and reporting
  • Have experience supporting transaction execution, due diligence, and financial assessments
  • Are detail-oriented and adept at working with large data sets
  • Can communicate financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • CPA path strongly preferred

For the Tech & Data Archetype:

  • Demonstrate ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, concise presentations and reports
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, data modelling, data visualization, and tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Bridge business needs with technical solutions
  • Show curiosity and adaptability, with interest in evolving data, analytics, AI, and technology trends
  • Experience in technology implementation, process automation, or digital transformation is an asset
  • Experience with AI frameworks/tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is an asset

Quebec Location

We require basic English language skills to meet client needs. In mandates, you may work for English-language clients outside Quebec.

Ottawa Location

Employees in the Ottawa Consulting practice may need to obtain federal security clearances (Reliability or Secret) as a condition of employment. Eligibility requires residency in Canada for the specified periods.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $84,000, with eligibility for bonus. Deloitte offers a Total Rewards package including base salary, benefits, and flexible work arrangements, designed to recognize contributions and support well-being.
