We are currently hiring for an Airborne Mission Systems Technician to work at our customer site in Trenton for our Manned Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (MAISR) In‑Service Support Program.
This is a long‑term program in which GDMS–C and our partner, Voyageur Aviation, will provide a full-suite of maintenance and engineering services for the Royal Canadian Air Forces’ new fleet of Beechcraft King‑Air 350 Extended Range aircraft and its ground training devices. The services include airworthiness, program management, flight safety, maintenance, material management, technical publications, and engineering support to modifications. We will provide these services at their Main Operating Base (MOB) – 8 Wing, Trenton, Ontario and wherever and whenever the aircraft are deployed internationally in support of DND operations.
Represent Team CERTAS at meetings with OEMs and with customers in matters related to the performance of the PME. This is expected to include Operator working groups, meetings, IPTs, presentations and preparation of reports
It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods program and that all of its workforce be security assessed. Successful applicants must meet all applicable security requirements, including but not limited to the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance. Applicants may be required to meet additional security requirements in order to gain access to technical data, classified areas or information that is subject to international regulations. You must be eligible to work in Canada.
