What Is The Opportunity?

The GFT Architecture and Enablement team is driving enterprise-wide initiatives as part of RBC’s strategic vision to become a global leader in AI insights. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives, enabling employees and unlocking the power of client data through a scalable data infrastructure and a unified AI insights platform.

As the AI Program and Enablement Lead, you will take ownership of strategically planning, coordinating, and managing the successful implementation of these transformative initiatives. You will lead, develop, and execute key activities while ensuring objectives are met on time and aligned with RBC’s broader goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, program and change management, and making a meaningful impact on the future of data-driven insights at RBC.

What Will You Do?
  • Drive the execution of a cohesive AI events strategy aligned with GFT's AI vision and productivity objectives, while establishing success metrics for executive reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders, AI champions, and delivery teams, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance event visibility, expand audience reach, and boost participation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including planning and delivering all related communications.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and oversee the successful implementation of assigned deliverables.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks, performing analysis, mitigation, and escalation as needed.
  • Support ongoing administrative program activities to ensure smooth operations and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Continuously contribute to the improvement and success of AI initiatives by identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
What Do You Need To Succeed?

Must have

  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in change management, program delivery, or as a Scrum Master, with a deep understanding of Agile practices in multi-team environments.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration, influence key decision-makers, and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management capabilities, with a strategic mindset and results-oriented, deadline-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to lead large programs, manage people effectively, and deliver outcomes in complex environments, while working across functions and businesses with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of technology, data, and a keen interest in AI, coupled with the ability to communicate and present effectively to diverse stakeholders.
