Job summary

A leading gaming company in Metro Vancouver is seeking an AI Learning and Transformation development manager to manage AI training initiatives. You will lead the creation of an AI training portal, working with various stakeholders to ensure effective training content. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of project management or learning and development experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with AI tools. This is a temporary three-month contract offering competitive benefits.

• Build and launch an AI training portal for Central Development Partners.
• Source and validate training content with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish a framework to assess training effectiveness.
• Use feedback to adjust training strategy and improve outcomes.
• Support tracking of emerging AI pilot initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvements.
