The opportunity
Your key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our client stakeholders to understand use cases and key business processes that the AI solutions will support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, architects, engineers to translate requirements in robust AI solutions integrating without client’s technology stack.
  • Continuously learn, experiment, and test new AI tools, platforms, technologies, and techniques.
  • Create comprehensive test plans for AI-based applications, covering functional, performance, security, and ethical considerations.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud‑based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • 2+ years of experience developing AI/ML solutions, including at least 1 year of AI/ML testing experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks for AI systems, including bias testing, performance testing, and security testing.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI frameworks.
  • Experience with testing tools such as DeepChecks, or similar AI‑focused.
  • Experience in API integration and development.
  • This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role.
