The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Supply Management Agent to join our Procurement Operations Airframe team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). The role works jointly with multifunctional teams worldwide and is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality parts to the production line.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Integrate, guide and influence a multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage change‑management processes with suppliers.
  • Understand manufacturing and dynamic supply‑chain environments.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Methods and Production; influence senior supplier management.
  • Prioritise resource allocation to maximise program benefits.
  • Coach and develop multidisciplinary team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to supply‑chain integrity.
  • Protect production lines from missing‑parts impacts through innovative strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs for a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years in supply‑chain management, purchasing or related field.
  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing or project management.
  • Strong operations and complex‑project management skills.
  • Proven leadership, innovation and team‑coordination experience.
  • Comfortable with complex technical subjects and change‑management principles.

Votre profil :

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 5 années d’expérience en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, achats ou domaine pertinent.
  • Expérience dans l’industrie aéronautique, manufacturière ou en gestion de projets.
  • Compétences solides en gestion des opérations.
  • Expérience de gestion de projets complexes.
  • Leadership reconnu, esprit d’innovation et gestion d’équipes.
  • Connaissance de la conception d’avions, configuration, certification et principes de gestion du changement.
  • Orientation détail, rigueur, résilience et capacité à respecter les délais.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et parlé).
  • Compétences avancées en environnement Gsuite.
  • Connaissance de SAP est un atout.

Voyages professionnels possibles à l’international. Possibilité de déplacements occasionnels pour le Canada et à l’étranger.
