Purpose of the Job

Own the day-to-day bid execution by leading small-to-medium tenders and supporting major bids to ensure on-time, compliant and competitive submissions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and manage the bid schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate cost inputs and maintain pricing assumptions.
  • Prepare offer documentation and ensure traceability.
  • Drive QCDP performance.
  • Analyse RFPs, identify gaps and mitigations.
  • Prepare governance gate packs, risks & opportunities reviews, and contribute to Win/Loss analysis.
  • Support bid-to-project transfer (FPR0).
  • Maintain pricing libraries and lessons learned.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules.
Role Boundaries

This role: full ownership of small/medium bids; operational support for major bids.

Manager: strategic leadership on low complexity /high-value pursuits and negotiations when applicable.

Main Required Competences
  • Bachelor’s in Project Management or Engineering.
  • ~5 years in bid/project management.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot; knowledge of SharePoint/Teams.
  • Nice to have: aftermarket services experience, governance gates, pricing tools, Power BI.
Travel

Occasional (10–20%).
