A leading transport solutions provider in Canada is seeking a Bid Manager to oversee daily bid execution for small-to-medium tenders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Engineering, alongside ~5 years of bid/project management experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential. This role requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and involves occasional travel (10–20%).

Own the day-to-day bid execution by leading small-to-medium tenders and supporting major bids to ensure on-time, compliant and competitive submissions.
This role: full ownership of small/medium bids; operational support for major bids.
Manager: strategic leadership on low complexity /high-value pursuits and negotiations when applicable.
Occasional (10–20%).
