A leading financial services organization is looking for a Real Estate Advisor located in Lévis, Canada. You will be responsible for helping clients with their real estate needs, establishing advisory relationships, and providing personalized solutions. Candidates should have a college diploma and at least three years of relevant experience, with knowledge of French required. This role offers a competitive salary along with flexible vacation time and a defined benefit pension plan.
As a Real Estate Advisor, you help prospect for, solicit and build lasting business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services and provide services that meet clients’ needs in accordance with current strategies and practices. This includes services related to the sale of residential and commercial buildings. You help build and maintain business relationships with members and clients in order to set prices for their properties. You drive results by handling complex requests regarding specialized programs, tools and solutions and providing advisory service at the beginning of the sales process. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. You provide support and guidance to current and potential clients and represent the organization. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
