Job Description
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
This role requires operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and supporting the team in achieving operational goals.
Main Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, label, and store products efficiently to maximize space utilization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup.
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification required).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety policies and immediately report hazards or equipment issues.
Requirements
- Certified forklift operator.
- Safety-conscious, physically fit, and able to handle warehouse demands.
- Positive attitude, strong team player, and able to work independently.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply common sense to daily tasks.
