As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-driven Advanced Fabrication Technician to help keep our operations running smoothly.

We’re looking for a hands‑on builder who thrives on advanced fabrication tech and treats machines as an extension of their craft. In this role, you’ll operate CNC upholstery systems, 3D scanners, printers, and a gantry foam mill to create everything from aviation interiors to custom automotive builds and prototype parts for new Coulson programs. This isn’t a button‑pushing job—it’s for someone passionate about advanced manufacturing, craftsmanship, and tackling first‑of‑its‑kind projects that define our brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain CNC upholstery systems, 3D scanners, 3D printers, and CNC foam mills.
• Create digital workflows from scan to CAD to toolpath to finished part.
• Process scan data and generate accurate CAD/CAM programs.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to turn concepts into manufacturable parts.
• Experiment with new materials and refine production methods.
• Inspect output, document setups, and implement best practices.
• Suggest improvements for efficiency, durability, and quality.
