We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team at our Melancthon Wind Facility located near Shelburne, Ontario.
The Administrator, Melancthon plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the plant by managing administrative functions that contribute to safe, compliant, and reliable performance. This full-time, salaried position includes coordinating office activities, handling transactions, administering work management systems, supporting data entry and processing, and assisting with site‑specific HR processes. The role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and independence, along with strong judgment, composure, and a positive attitude. Success in this position depends on accuracy, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and effective communication, all within a dynamic team environment that demands flexibility and responsiveness to daily priorities.
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$51,000 - CAD$70,000 at the time of this posting. Individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The top end of the range is typically for candidates with exceptional, directly relevant expertise. This range reflects base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits.
