A recruitment agency is seeking an Administrative Support – Data Entry in Canada. Administrative Support – Data Entry

The Admin Support – Data Entry must be able to work and maintain strict compliance with corporate/office policies and procedures. The Admin Support – Data Entry must be able to function efficiently in a fast paced, detail orientated environment and possess great communication skills.

Direct Supervisor:

Office Administrator

Job Responsibilities:
  • Cross cover for reception
  • Process all emails (joint email boxes) and respond/forward as needed • Enter truck tickets with all applicable information into Axon, and file paper copies
  • Perform daily ticket checks
  • Ensure various work tickets are entered with proper invoicing requirements: ie: split between wells, proper location use, expense code, etc.
  • Ensure Lease Op tickets are entered by cutoff date for accounting department to process
  • Ensure Lease Op ticket “pay” is calculated properly within Axon
  • Issue customer invoices, scan, and file with applicable ticket copies into shared drive
  • Mail out, email or upload ticket invoices to customers as required
  • Fix and re-issue any disputes invoices/tickets from customers
  • Keep up to date on procedures and processes for data entry that are required, and update procedure binder as applicable
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure deadlines are met, i.e.: month end, lease ops, ticket orders, etc.
  • Send regular reports out to customers as requested
  • Complete required paperwork as necessary, i.e.: daily timesheets on app, change or update personal information as needed, time off requests, etc.
  • Cross cover with the various types/companies for ticket entry procedures (i.e.: door pulls, Well-load, etc.)
  • Required to sit for long periods of time but will be required to lift and move boxes that weigh up to 20kgs. (paper, forms, etc.)
  • Communication with Office Administrator regarding any changes or additions to responsibilities that may arise or become a concern
  • Backup for ticket auditing if required
  • Complete and submit own daily timesheet
  • Submit requests for any vacation or days off to Office Administrator for approval
  • Other duties that may arise and need to be assigned within company
Qualifications:
