Employment type: Permanent, Full time

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: $36.00 per hour / 30 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
Qualifications

Education: College or CEGEP certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 3 to 5 years in an administrative role

Computer skills: MS Office

Personal suitability: Attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, ability to multitask, time management, team player.
