What is the opportunity?

An RBC Dominion Securities team located in Sudbury is looking for an Administrative Executive Assistant to join their fast‑growing team! You will be responsible for organizing and ensuring the Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor and his Advisory Team run smoothly.

What will you do?
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor.
  • Complete administrative tasks to help the Investment Advisory team: manage office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, preparing for client meetings and ensuring scheduling is up to date.
  • Call clients to schedule appointments, book travel and organize travel logistics; provide meeting support and act as a liaison between the Advisory Team.
  • Assist in booking and planning client and partner events.
  • Help manage incoming communications from team members, advisors, and external partners.
  • Provide daily updates and bring important matters to the Advisory Team in a timely manner.
  • Organize and attend team meetings, document and disperse undertakings.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • Strong organizational skills are an asset.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in an Office environment.
  • A strong aptitude with MS Office products, namely Outlook and Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, problem solving and ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced industry.
Nice-to-have
  • Post-Secondary Education.
  • Experience in the Financial and/or Investment Industry.
