Administrative Care Coordinator – Lifemark Edmonton Alberta Region
Status: Permanent Full Time Floater
Location:Edmonton, Alberta. This position will assist clinics in and around Edmonton Alberta with the home clinic being Lifemark Physiotherapy Lake Beaumaris (located on Castledowns Road, Edmonton, AB)

The Administrative Care Coordinator is responsible for fostering a strong relationship between the clinic and its customers, including patients, staff, funders and referral sources. This is achieved by efficiently providing administrative support and coordinating clinic activity with friendly, enthusiastic and professional service with all patients, team members and external customers. The Administrative Care Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of patient intake, data entry, answering the phone, outbound calling, receiving faxes and emails, as well as invoicing and payments.
This position is a floating Administrative Care Coordinator who would assist multiple clinics in and around the Edmonton area for coverage and additional help.
