Family Health Centers at NYU Langone, a designated Level 3 Medical Home, is the largest federally qualified health center network in New York State, and the second largest in the nation. Position

Administrative Associate - Part time. In this role, the successful candidate will provide administrative support for Project SAFE programs including data entry, managing payment requisitions, submitting student stipend invoices, and managing the program website.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain data entry responsibilities including survey data and other online databases used by Project SAFE program.
  • Submit and manage payment requisitions for vendors and supplies.
  • Attend Project SAFE staff meetings and take minutes.
  • Manage updates to Project SAFE website including updating the program calendar, posting announcements, and updating staff page as needed.
  • Ensure that student paperwork is complete and filed appropriately.
  • Ensure student and family contact information is kept up to date.
  • Format and send out monthly Project SAFE newsletter and other correspondence as needed.
  • Answer phones and provide callers with program information and support as needed.
  • Assist with Kronos attendance entry as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum: High School Degree.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred: Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Some college preferred.
  • Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
