  • Proactively coordinate the agenda and emails and carry out rigorous follow‑ups with managers
  • Interact confidentially with various bank partners and internal members on various human resources files.
  • Carry out follow‑ups and/or reminders, when necessary, on tasks in order to support managers.
  • Organize internal and external meetings by ensuring administrative follow‑up and coordinating all related logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to your teams and work closely with the team of assistants in improving the administrative functioning of the department and the development of internal procedures and processes.
  • Coordinate and participate in the organization of various events when required.
  • Contribute to various projects.
Prerequisite
  • Completed vocational or college diploma or five years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and all collaboration tools.
  • Sense of autonomy, initiative and urgency.
  • Strong adaptability and proactivity.
