  • Maintain accurate administrative documentation and office files.
  • Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks as required.
  • Use Oracle software proficiently for administrative and financial tasks.
  • Support and uphold Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) standards.
  • Assist with special projects and office initiatives as assigned.

Overview

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Sackville, NB

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Part-time, 3 days per week)

Wage: $21.00-$22.00/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and contribute to Health & Safety and Quality Assurance functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and possess strong communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, faxing, copying, and record-keeping
  • Ensure excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
