Overview

Vous aimez anticiper les besoins, garder les choses organisées et soutenir des dirigeants dynamiques ? Ce poste est fait pour vous. Joignez-vous à notre équipe comme adjoint(e) exécutif(ve) et contribuez à façonner l’avenir de l’optique dans l’est du pays. Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) exécutif(ve) hautement organisé(e), proactif(ve) et doté(e) d’un grand souci du détail pour fournir un soutien direct au Dr Frédéric Marchand, VP de Visique et BonLook, et à son équipe.

Ce rôle stratégique, exposé à la haute direction nationale, est basé à Montréal national.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Providing in-person support at our Home Office in Montreal, with the possibility of 1–2 days per week working remotely
  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing executive-level presentations, briefing notes, and professional correspondence
  • Managing document preparation and meeting logistics across key initiatives (ex. SLT, BU, OD, M&A, Board)
  • Tracking deliverables, prioritizing agendas, and supporting strategic planning initiatives
  • Coordinating internal and external communications on behalf of the VP
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and alignment
  • Providing administrative and logistical support such as meeting coordination, document preparation, and reporting
  • Supporting project planning, maintaining action trackers, and coordinating timelines across teams
  • Acting as the point of contact for the OD Committee of Quebec, ensuring effective communication and follow-up
  • Scheduling meetings, clinic visits, preparing agendas, circulating materials, and documenting minutes and action items
  • Supporting the committee’s initiatives related to recruitment, retention, clinical innovation, and strategic alignment
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders in optometry and operations to align committee efforts with business priorities
  • Providing administrative support for province-wide OD communications and engagement projects
As The Successful Candidate You Have
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required to communicate daily with team members across Canada
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and various presentation tools
  • Proficient in leveraging Power BI for generating and interpreting reports
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Demonstrated initiative, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a structured approach, highly organized, proactive and solution oriented, thriving in an ambiguous, high-autonomy environment
  • Ability to foster relationships and collaboration across teams and locations
