Join our team at Crossroads Centre, now part of St. Joseph's Care Group, as we provide essential addiction recovery support in a 20-bed live-in setting. We are seeking compassionate individuals to assist adults on their recovery journey, offering both pre- and post-treatment services, 24/7 support, and access to traditional healing and cultural supports from N'doo'owe Binesi's Indigenous Health Team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment, guiding residents through stabilization, skill-building, and transition planning for long-term sobriety. Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor – Evening Live-in Treatment Program, or Clinical Supervisor of Crossroads Centre, the Addiction Worker is responsible for assisting in the delivery of treatment services for clients of Adult Addiction & Problem Gambling Programs. Key responsibilities include: providing information and direct inquiries for services, supporting and monitoring clients through entry and engagement in the continuum of treatment services (pre, post, live-in treatment and aftercare supports), the facilitation of group activities, and ensuring the maintenance of security and upkeep of the facility and program resources.
