• Minimum of 2 years of accounting or administrative experience in a medium to large organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly payment run schedule for both merchandise and non-merchandise payable.
• Process scheduled payment batches for all payment types in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve invoice or payment-related inquiries while processing a large volume of invoices.
